Our Growth Playbook: Building a Stronger MSP Platform

We plan to grow your business by leveraging best-in-class
growth playbook to take your business to the next level
Platform, Not Add-On
Create a bigger, stronger MSP platform - don't fold it into someone else’s. Our goal is to keep the identity and team intact while building real scale over time
Channel Flywheel Growth
Use hyperscaler and implementation-partner relationships (e.g., AWS) to drive steady referrals and co-sell wins, creating a repeatable pipeline that compounds
Regulated Vertical Wedge
Focus on regulated niches where trust and reliability matter most. We can make your business stickier, more valuable, and harder to replace
Proactive, Outcome-Led Service
Evolve from day-to-day support into a proactive model focused on business outcomes. We can help customers run smoother, grow faster, and get more value from technology
AI + Modern Ops Engine
Automate most Level 1–2 tickets and standardize tooling/workflows so delivery is consistent and scalable. We want to free your team to spend time on higher-value work instead of repetitive tasks
Advisory Team + Profit-First Execution
Invest in people who can build relationships and advise - not just close tickets - supported by a CEO advisory network to pressure-test decisions. We will drive disciplined, organic growth and stronger margins by serving the right customers exceptionally well

The People Behind the Mission

Greg Bilazarian started in local TV news, chasing stories from Florida to Ohio and even abroad. Reporting taught him to listen, ask good questions, and earn trust quickly – and he soon found the best part was uncovering what made a business work. This curiosity led him to Armenia, where he spent a year building an online news outlet from the ground up – a crash course in chasing a big mission with a small, scrappy team.

Over the last decade, Greg brought the same “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset to AWS, working closely with IT MSPs and growth-focused private equity investors. He’s seen what drives MSP growth in the real world: strong channel partnerships, repeatable sales, and excellent delivery.

Today, Greg is partnering with NextGen Growth Partners to acquire and grow one great IT MSP—bringing his operator mindset and NextGen’s track record in the MSP space.

What Our Partners Say

"Working with Greg and the NGP team was a breath of fresh air. They didn't just look at the spreadsheets; they truly understood the heart of our operations. Their 'platform-first' approach gave me the confidence that my team and the culture I built would not only be preserved but would have the resources to reach the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions

Growing the NextGeneration MSP

How do you plan to grow my business

Our plan is simple and repeatable: create strong channel partnerships, install a clean sales process, and ensure great delivery. We aren't chasing gimmicks - just the fundamentals that reliably drive organic growth.

Why are you the person for the job?

Greg's career is defined by his hands-on approach. Journalism taught him to listen well, ask the right questions, and build strong relationships. Armenia taught him how to build scrappy teams that create big outcomes. And BCG/AWS taught him how to generate real growth via hyperscaler channel partnerships.

What happens to my employees if I sell?

Great MSPs run on great people, so we want to keep everyone who helped make your company great. My goal is stability, clear communication, and investing in the team so they have more opportunity as the business grows.

What is the timeline of a deal process?

Typically: a few weeks to align on fit and terms, then 6–10 weeks for diligence, financing, and paperwork. You won’t be alone - we'll be right alongside you throughout the whole process. This should fit your life, not disrupt it.

What is the process like?

Generally the sale process can be split into the following areas:

  • Intro Call: Quick fit check and goals alignment.
  • NDA: Sign NDA, review high-level info.
  • LOI: Put clear terms and timeline inwriting.
  • Diligence: Verify financials, ops, customers, and risks.
  • Docs + Financing: Final paperwork and lender process (if needed).
  • Close + Transition: Execute the hand off and communication plan.

What are NGP’s qualifications in this space?

NextGen Growth Partners has previously acquired and supported IT Managed Service Providers, including:

  • Robo 6K: NextGen acquired Robo6K, an Austin-based IT MSP that provides 24/7 IT support. Under NextGen’s ownership, they have improved operations to reach a operating metrics like 98.7% CSAT, 12,500 endpoints supported, and an ~80-second average answer time
  • QNS: NextGen also acquired QNS, a Central Illinois MSP focused on K–12 technology services across the Midwest. With NextGen’s guidance, QNS has grown to 200+school districts served and 100+ network technicians
